2010 Mexico mission trips
Kevin Krawczyk – Mexico, February 1-5
My picture is while saying good bye, there was a boy whom I interacted with all week approach me. He gave me a hug and he was inspired to pray for me while still embraced. He must have prayed for five minutes. All from the heart I have never in my life had an embrace and someone pray for me in that moment I realized how vast God’s love is in which it is not limited geographically. Thank you for this experience.
Nicolas Dewer – Mexico, February 1-5
On Thursday morning when we left the children’s home we all got up to eat breakfast with the children. When they all had finished, they got up to say good bye to us. Then they said they wanted to pray for us, so a group or single child came over to each member in the group to pray for them. It was not a rehearsed, cookie cutter prayer. It was a sincere heart felt prayer that went on for a good few minutes. It was amazing. The love that these children had for us and Christ was astounding. The faith of these children is like no other I have seen in a long time. It was, as someone called it. a symphony of prayer that no composer could ever write. It was awesome.
